Licensing

If you are renewing or applying for a Business/Sales Tax License, please first confirm whether you fall under SB 22-032 and have an "incidental" physical presence or not.  The City will be sending out renewals only to our brick and mortar licensees at this time.

Sec. 4-3-150. - License required.
It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of making retail sales or furnishing of lodging, as the same is defined in this Article, without first having obtained a sales tax license, which shall be granted and issued by the Finance Department and shall be in effect until the thirty-first day of December of the year in which it is issued, unless sooner revoked.

Sec. 6-1-10. - Business license required.
License. No person shall own, use, lease, operate or maintain a business within the City unless such person shall have first obtained a license from the City Clerk. The license application shall contain such information as the City Clerk, with the advice of the City Manager, shall require.
License fee. License fees and renewal fees shall be established by resolution of the City Council.

Business License

Contractors License

The fee for a general contractor license is $150.00 and all other types of contractor licenses are $75.00. Please complete this form for a contractors license.
