  • Finance and Human Resources Clerk. The City of Central is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Finance and Human Resources Clerk. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) years of accounting, human resources or documents/records management experience. This position is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Finance and Human Resources Director. This individual performs a variety of working level, para-professional duties as needed to expedite various day-to-day functions of the finance department; including cash receipting, utility billing, accounts payable, procurement coordination, employee onboarding and customer service.   • Project Manager. The City of Central is seeking an exceptional Project Manager to oversee complex capital improvement and special projects related to historic preservation, planning, and economic development. This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a small, dynamic team on a broad cross-section of topics which change over time as the needs of the City evolve. The City is seeking an individual with strong communication and project management skills who can be adaptive and versatile in a dynamic work environment.   • Public Works Maintenance Worker. Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of complex semi-skilled and skilled manual work and in the operation of light, medium and heavy equipment, machinery and tools used in maintenance, construction and repair of the City’s infrastructure, facilities and parks including but not limited to highways, roads, bridges, streets, curbs, sidewalks, buildings and other city-owned properties.
