Pre-Employment Drug Testing

Drug testing is mandatory for all full, part-time or temporary paid positions as a condition of employment.  The City will pay for the cost of this test as part of any conditional offer for employment.

Volunteer Opportunities

The Belvidere Foundation - The City of Central is looking for applicants interested in serving on the Board of Directors for the Belvidere Foundation, which are appointed by City Council. The Belvidere Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, desires those serving on the Board of Directors to possess professional knowledge in historic preservation, construction, fundraising, financing, business management, theater/entertainment, or restaurant/hospitality operations. Main Street Central City Commission - At this time there are two (2) vacancies on the Main Street Central City Commission. Please review this notice and submit letters of interest to to the City Clerk, City Hall, 141 Nevada Street, P. O. Box 249, Central City, CO 80427 or via email to cityclerk@cityofcentral.co.
